Tucked away in her home studio on Kirrae Whurrung country Victoria, Beach & Forest was born in a melting pot of maker Maria Frangiadakis's various passions: Nature, cooking, travel, art, and the hands on craft of working with metal and timber.

To hold something in your hand which has been carefully crafted with love, detail, and purpose, is becoming a rarity in these modern times. Her goal is to have this tradition live on.

It is with that inspiration she decided to make bespoke items that were not only nice to look at, but that have a purpose and inspire folks to appreciate all the little things we take for granted in our day to day.

Whether they be for kitchen, home, or garden, each piece is handcrafted with love and made to last generations. Her use of black stainless and copper together gives a rustic yet timeless feel to her cooking tools, while her contemporary blacksmithing style is a unique take on an ancient tradition.
